Andrea Douglas

Andrea holds degrees in modern languages and commerce.  She qualified as a chartered accountant in New Zealand and joined the BVI office of KPMG, becoming a partner of KPMG in 1995.  Since 1998, she has been responsible for the Firm’s corporate and fiduciary services practice. She became the international contact director for Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited on 1 October 2004 and is managing director of the Belmont Group companies. As a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a member of STEP, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment, Andrea is well equipped to advise on offshore structures.
