Andrea Douglas – Managing Director
Andrea qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987 before joining KPMG British Virgin Islands, where she was a partner until 2004. In 2004 she became the international contact director for Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited and is responsible for regulatory and fiduciary services. She advises both multinational and private clients about regulatory issues and offshore structures. Andrea is managing director of Orbis Services Limited, Belmont Trust Limited and Belmont Insurance Management Limited.
Andrea is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington where she obtained bachelors degrees in both Commerce and Modern Languages. Andrea is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a member of STEP, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
John Greenwood – Director
John has been a qualified chartered accountant for over twenty five years, specialising in offshore financial services with KPMG in the UK and Caribbean. John has been with the BVI office since 1985 and during such time has been primarily responsible for the development of the firm’s assurance and business advisory services in the British Virgin Islands. John has accumulated an extensive knowledge of the offshore financial services industry, particularly in the trust company, company management, banking, mutual funds and captive insurance fields. John became Senior Partner of the British Virgin Islands partnership of KPMG on 1 July 1992 and Managing Director of Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited on 1 October 2004. John has been a member of the Marketing Advisory Committee of The BVI Finance Centre (“BVIFC”), as well as Chairman of The Association of BVI Mutual Fund Practitioners.
Sheaheda Roberts-Adolphus – Corporate Services Manager
Sheaheda gained experience working with different trust companies in the British Virgin Islands before joining the Belmont Group in 2008. She has experience dealing with clients from various regions, in particular Hong Kong, Russia and the United Kingdom. Sheaheda graduated Cum Laude from the H Lavity Stoutt Community College in June 2006 with an Associate in Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Corporate and Trust Administration. She holds a Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She attends numerous Financial Service Commission sponsored seminars, STEP and Association of Registered Agent sponsored workshops and seminars to keep abreast of changes within the industry.
