To faciliate filing of the Mutual Fund Annual Returns, the Commission has implemented an electronic filing platform where Funds can complete their returns electronically and submit them to the Commission online. The 2009 return is due by 30 June 2010. Late filing will be subject to administrative penalties.
In order to take advantage of electronic reporting, you must first register to become a user of the platform. Once registered, the Commission will provide your user ID and password (which will be required to change on initial log in) for the platform. Upon completion of the registration process and initial log in, you will then have full access to the platform, which allows a user to complete and submit the return electronically. More importantly, the electronic platform provides a history of all returns submitted by the user.
